A. You can place an order and make payment directly through our website, or you can click the WhatsApp button below to send us your order. After completing payment, you can choose to pick up your order at our workshop or have it delivered.

A. For online payment, we accept credit cards (Mastercard / VISA / AE / UnionPay), Apple Pay, Alipay, PayPal, bank transfer and FPS.
We accept Google Pay, WeChat Pay, Octopus and cash for offline payment. If you need to use the above payment methods, please contact us and pay at our workshop.

A. The shelf life of Chully handcrafted liqueur chocolate is typically 3 months, while the handcrafted liqueur flavour ganache and non-chully ganache enrobed bonbon is 2 weeks (To be refrigerated).

A. To properly preserve Chully handcrafted chocolate and ensure its optimal taste and quality, please following the storage recommendations below:
1. Storage Temperature : Please store chocolate in a wine cabinet or a regular household refrigerator (preferably in the vegetable compartment).
2. Sealed storage : Please try to store chocolate in a zipping bag to prevent moisture in the air and absorption of other food flavors from affecting its quality.
Before enjoying your Chully chocolate, take it out of the refrigerator without opening the packaging. Leave it at room temperature for about 10-30 minutes to allow the chocolate temperature to rise to 18°C and for moisture to condense on the sealed bag before taking it out and enjoying it. This method can minimize the effects of humidity and temperature on the chocolate.
