3. Store chocolate in a dry, cool place with a temperature between 12-18℃ and relative humidity below 60%.
4. Our chocolate is handmade, and the appearance and size of each piece may vary.

6. Once the goods have been delivered and received, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
7. In case of any disputes, our company reserves the right to make the final decision.
